working it out

I have been so good this week. Today’s workout has me feeling so good, so pumped. I need to stay motivated so everyday feels like today. 

wednesdays workout

  • C25K W7D1 (25 minutes of running, no walking)
  • Side Abs: 15 on each side
  • 50 regular crunches
  • Hip Adduction machine: 2 sets of 15 reps, 150 lbs
  • Hip Abduction machine: 2 sets of 15 reps, 150 lbs
  • Bicep machine: 2 sets of 8 reps, 30 lbs
  • Tricep machine: 2 sets of 10 reps, 30 lbs
  • Reverse abs: 2 sets of 10 reps
  • Jogging: 5 minutes on tredmill

I didn’t want to quit, I wanted to keep working out but I had to make myself leave the gym so not to overdo it. Tomorrow is another day! MUST LOOK GOOD IN MY BIKINI FOR HUSBAND THIS SUMMER!

Avatar My decision to marry young has defined me, it has tested me and it has saved me. We have and are still beating the odds and the statistics that we have been labeled by.
