working it out
I have been so good this week. Today’s workout has me feeling so good, so pumped. I need to stay motivated so everyday feels like today.
- C25K W7D1 (25 minutes of running, no walking)
- Side Abs: 15 on each side
- 50 regular crunches
- Hip Adduction machine: 2 sets of 15 reps, 150 lbs
- Hip Abduction machine: 2 sets of 15 reps, 150 lbs
- Bicep machine: 2 sets of 8 reps, 30 lbs
- Tricep machine: 2 sets of 10 reps, 30 lbs
- Reverse abs: 2 sets of 10 reps
- Jogging: 5 minutes on tredmill
I didn’t want to quit, I wanted to keep working out but I had to make myself leave the gym so not to overdo it. Tomorrow is another day! MUST LOOK GOOD IN MY BIKINI FOR HUSBAND THIS SUMMER!
